Solvi Consult is a Nordic consultancy specialising in supply chain software — particularly RELEX Solutions and adjacent planning platforms. We work with manufacturers, retailers, and distributors to implement, optimise, and transform how they manage their supply chains. Based in Denmark, operating across Scandinavia.
We are a flat organisation. Consultants work directly with clients from day one, take on real responsibility, and have genuine influence over how we grow. We don't have layers of management to hide behind — and we are looking for people who thrives like that. We hire individuals who are self-driven and bring genuine exitement about supply chain.
What we're looking for
We hire for expertise, passion and personalities, not job titles. These are the general profiles we're building the team around.
You understand supply chain planning end-to-end — demand, replenishment, inventory, S&OP — and you've worked with enterprise planning systems. Comfortable in client-facing work and able to translate complexity into clear recommendations.
8+ years in supply chain, experience leading transformation programmes, and the credibility to earn trust at senior client level. You want to apply that experience where your contribution is visible and valued.
Early in your career but analytically strong with genuine interest in supply chain and technology. A background in engineering, economics, or operations is common — but what matters most is that you're sharp and eager to learn.
You know that projects rarely go exactly to plan — and that's fine, because neither do you. What you're good at is reading the situation, keeping things moving, and making sure the client feels in safe hands even when things get complicated. You own the full delivery lifecycle, from the first scoping conversation to go-live and beyond, but you don't make it heavier than it needs to be. You bring enough structure to keep pace and clarity, and enough flexibility to adapt when reality has other ideas. You probably have strong opinions about what good delivery looks like — and you're not afraid to share them.
You sit at the intersection of supply chain and technology. You're comfortable working with data — modelling it, moving it, troubleshooting it — and you understand how supply chain systems are built under the hood. You've worked with ERP integrations, data pipelines, or configuration of planning tools, and you can hold a technical conversation with a client's IT team while still speaking business with their operations side. Experience with RELEX, SAP, or similar platforms is a strong advantage.

You're good with people. You build trust quickly, read a room, and communicate complex ideas plainly. You take client relationships seriously.
Practical mindset
You care about what gets implemented, not just presented. Rigorous but pragmatic — you know the difference between a perfect answer and the right one.
Nordic roots
Most of our work is in Denmark and Sweden. Fluency in a Scandinavian language alongside English is a strong advantage, though not always required.
Self-direction
We don't micromanage. You manage your own time, set your own standards, and flag when something isn't working. We trust our people to behave like professionals.
Team spirit
